Welcome to Low Hall Nursery School and Children’s Centre. We have been a nursery school since 1929 and developed into a Children’s Centre in 2006. In 2011 we had our first Children’s Centre OFSTED that was rated ‘Outstanding.’
Our aim is to support young children (aged 0-5 years) and their families living in the Markhouse Ward of Walthamstow. We provide early education, childcare, health and family support services. Our close links with other local organisations help ensure young children have the best possible start in life and that parents feel supported.
Our services are provided in response to the needs of our local community. Our staff team have many different skills and experience in working with children and families. The names and photos of all our staff are displayed in the foyer of the Nursery School and Centre.
We are based at two sites Low Hall Nursery School and Queens Road Community Centre. This website gives information on the activities and services we can offer. You can download our current newsletter and activity timetables from the news page.
As parents and carers you are the most important people in your children’s lives. We welcome your views and opinion on what we can do to support you and your children. Please contact us with your suggestions and also let us have your feedback both on our services and this website.
